There are so many weight loss programs out there for you to spend your money on. Some of them can be a little pricey, costing upwards of $100/month. I have always stuck to the philosophy that I didn't pay to gain weight, why should I pay to lose weight.
Well, I have experimented with several different plans over the years, and I have come to the conclustion that the best investment I have ever made was the purchase of P90x Extreme Training Workout.
P90x is an exercise program that involves daily workouts - 6 days a week, that vary each day. You are never doing the exact same workout every day. Although I haven't been able to stick to the rigorous 6 day a week schedule, I have been able to do a somewhat modified 3-4 days per week.
I just took some photos the other day, after doing most of the program for 90 days now and I can definitely see a difference. My stomach is getting smaller and I am getting muscles in a few places. I just bought some rubber bands to do some of the arm workouts- since I can't do any pullups yet --And I can already tell that it is working. My arms and back were really sore after just one workout.
Although I don't like to step on the scales, I definitely have not gained weight and I am losing a l ot fat that was on my legs. I know that if I could work in 6 workouts a week that I would see results much faster, but until then, I am happy with my progress
